We only use timber and timber-based products from responsibly managed forests, sourced from suppliers who can demonstrate FSC, PEFC or CSA certification/accreditation. For aesthetic as well as practical reasons, we also recommend the option of a living roof. Made from sedum, a hardy and drought resistant flowering plant, a living roof provides perfect insulation for both summer and winter; it also attracts wildlife and replaces vegetation removed from the site of the garden room, and reduces rainwater runoff.
